Bringing proportional stimulation and fine-grain sensing to the most intricate part of the upper limb — for the improvement of grasp, pinch, and dexterity recovery for patients following TBI, stroke, accidents and surgeries.

Completing the recovery loop

The arm and leg restore the large movements that get a patient moving again. The hand restores independence — the ability to grasp a cup, fasten a button, hold another person's hand.

Targeting the fine motor control that defines hand function — beyond gross grip into pinch, release, and individuated finger movement.

Built on the proven PREMS.AI platform — the same adaptive control engine and signal pipeline that powers the Arm and Leg sleeves.

Patient Independence

The hand is where rehabilitation becomes daily life. Restoring it is central to the PREMS.AI mission for stroke, TBI, and SCI patients.
